2. What data we collect
- Your name and phone number when you contact us by phone.
- Booking data. Bookings are handled by Booksy, which processes data under its own privacy policy. [To be confirmed: Booksy's role as controller or processor.]
- Your likeness, if you agree to a photo on the signature wall.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process contact data to answer your question and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep billing data because tax law requires it (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Photos on the signature wall
We take and hang a photo only with your consent. For publication online (website, Instagram) we ask for a separate written consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 81 of the Polish Copyright Act).
You can withdraw consent at any time by calling +48 731 706 849 or in the salon. We will then remove the photo from the website and social media, and on request from the wall.
6. How long we keep data
We keep contact data until the matter is closed and billing data for the period required by law. We keep a photo until consent is withdrawn.
